We take pride to say that our relationship with you doesn’t end once you take home a PUPPY(S) from us. As a family of breeders and experienced in this PUPPY BREED, we would wish to believe that nothing can ever go wrong with our PUPPIES. However, some things are not always in our control because a puppy’s health depends on many things like genetics, exercise, nourishment, and overall daily care. We don’t believe your PUPPY(S) is replaceable due to emotional attachments but we do believe that sometimes the pain of losing a puppy can be reduced when we do offer you another puppy(s) of equal value.
In case of the unforeseen (event of death) within one year from its purchase date, or if the puppy is found to possess health disorders (within 1 year) which adversely affects the health of the PUPPY(S), we’ll replace it with another puppy of equivalent value at no cost to you. The reason for death should be certified by a Certified VET and we shall expect you to email us a copy of this health report.
What we’d like from you:

Nothing makes us more happy than knowing that we did bring much joy into your home with one of our babies.
We do constantly give you health advice to make sure your PUPPY remains healthy. Here are a couple of measures which will help: Send us a copy of the health examination (medical record) within 14 business days of receiving your puppy. The examination must be carried out by a licensed VET. Your puppy comes with age-appropriate vaccinations, so you do not need to vaccinate the puppy again.

We do de-worm & vaccinate your puppy before shipping them to you, so we expect you to continue the proper de-worming & conducting regular health examinations up to 16 weeks of age or more so as to keep your PUPPY healthy and aware (as recommended by your VET).
Exceptions to our guarantee:

Failure to provide your PUPPY with regular vet care will go against this health guarantee.
This health guarantee doesn’t cover any costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended testes. We require all our PUPPIES to undergo a thorough checkup before they are shipped to you. This checkup is performed by our licensed vet who issues the Veterinary Health reports for all our PUPPY(S).

This report certifies the health condition for every PUPPY against Cardiovascular, Skin, Elbow, Knee, Coat, Eyes, Mouth, Teeth, Gums, Musculoskeletal, Respiratory, Ears, Urogenital and Gastrointestinal diseases. This health report will be filled out on the date of shipping the PUPPY(S) to you so that you are assured that the PUPPY(S) health is guaranteed.
This report is then reviewed for any issues or concerns notated by our veterinarian. And if there are any serious issues with the puppy then he/she or both will not be shipped to you. We also require you to get your puppy(s) examined by a licensed veterinarian within 14 days of receiving the PUPPY .

Thanks for your cooperation.

Central Park Puppies wants to inform potential puppy owners that owning a puppy involves regular veterinary visits and that the costs of these visits will be the responsibility of the owner.

Central Park Puppies makes every effort to ensure that puppies are healthy upon arrival, but as they are living creatures, health issues may arise.

Our commitment to addressing any health issues beyond the first year is contingent upon the owner purchasing pet insurance for the puppy for the first full 6 months from the date of arrival.

If the owner does not have an active insurance policy by a major medical pet health insurance provider for a minimum of the first 6 months, then our health commitment ends after the first year of your puppy’s arrival date.

DEFINITIONS

The term “Veterinarian” refers to a licensed medical professional for animals as recognized by the state licensing authority.

The term “infectious period” refers to in this Agreement, the first Fourteen Days (14) after the puppy has been purchased by the purchaser and transferred to the customer’s home.

The “Purchase Price” referred to in this agreement only pertains to the cost of the puppy from Central Park Puppies and does not include any additional expenses such as taxes, shipping fees, health certificate costs, veterinarian expenses, shipping crates or any other costs incurred by the buyer.

Days 1-14: During the first 14 days after arrival, if your puppy is diagnosed with a contagious disease, illness, or parasite, Central Park Puppies will refund you for reasonable and sensible veterinary expenses up to the purchase price of the puppy, as long as you present the bills within Three weeks (03) of the puppy’s arrival. This does not require the customer to have pet insurance.

  2. Year 1: Within the first year of arrival from Central Park Puppies, if your dog is certified by two licensed veterinarians of your choice to have a congenital or hereditary condition that significantly affects its health and you notify Central Park Puppies in writing of this condition within Five Business Days (05) of the first veterinarian’s diagnosis, Central Park Puppies will refund you for reasonable, documented, actual veterinary expenses related to this condition up to the purchase price of the puppy.
